推(tui)動(dong)(dong)國鐵建(jian)設,建(jian)成軌道(dao)交通網。推(tui)進(jin)廈深鐵路、廣(guang)深鐵路的(de)捷運(yun)化,研究平南鐵路、平鹽(yan)鐵路客運(yun)功能可行性(xing)。加快推(tui)進(jin)軌道(dao)10號線(xian)、3號線(xian)東(dong)延段建(jian)設,爭(zheng)取“十(shi)三(san)五”末投入運(yun)營。推(tui)動(dong)(dong)軌道(dao)14號線(xian)(東(dong)部快線(xian))前期(qi)工作,并在線(xian)站(zhan)位的(de)選(xuan)擇上重(zhong)點考(kao)慮對龍(long)崗中心(xin)城大運(yun)片(pian)區(qu)、寶(bao)荷(he)片(pian)區(qu)及南灣中片(pian)區(qu)等重(zhong)點地區(qu)的(de)覆蓋,爭(zheng)取“十(shi)三(san)五”時(shi)期(qi)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)建(jian)設。協(xie)調推(tui)進(jin)深惠城際線(xian)前期(qi)工作并力爭(zheng)在“十(shi)三(san)五”時(shi)期(qi)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)建(jian)設。抓(zhua)緊(jin)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)16、17號線(xian)等前期(qi)研究,提前建(jian)設時(shi)序。

強化路網(wang)(wang)一(yi)體化發展。持續完(wan)善快(kuai)(kuai)干(gan)線路網(wang)(wang)結構(gou),加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)形成(cheng)“四橫九(jiu)縱(zong)”高快(kuai)(kuai)速路網(wang)(wang)及“十橫十縱(zong)”干(gan)線性主干(gan)道(dao)(dao)的(de)規劃布(bu)局(ju)。加(jia)大力度推(tui)進次支路的(de)建設與改造,完(wan)善城市路網(wang)(wang)布(bu)局(ju),構(gou)建與綠色(se)交(jiao)通(tong)優先發展相(xiang)協(xie)調,功能清晰、布(bu)局(ju)完(wan)善、規模適當、通(tong)達兼(jian)備(bei)的(de)一(yi)體化便捷道(dao)(dao)路網(wang)(wang)絡,逐(zhu)步(bu)實現地(di)上地(di)下分(fen)層、快(kuai)(kuai)慢(man)分(fen)離、客(ke)貨分(fen)離、過(guo)境(jing)交(jiao)通(tong)與城市交(jiao)通(tong)分(fen)離。到2020年,次干(gan)道(dao)(dao)及以上路網(wang)(wang)密度力爭達3.3公(gong)(gong)里/平方公(gong)(gong)里。

日(ri)前,市委市政(zheng)府審議并原則通過《深(shen)圳(zhen)市實(shi)施東進(jin)戰(zhan)略行動(dong)方案(2016~2020年)》及相關配套方案,深(shen)圳(zhen)“東進(jin)戰(zhan)略”進(jin)入(ru)全面實(shi)施階段。

建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)城“三環(huan)(huan)(huan)”交(jiao)通網(wang)。加(jia)(jia)大政策傾斜(xie)和資源投入,進(jin)一(yi)步完善中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)城市政公共基礎設(she)施,加(jia)(jia)快區域戰略(lve)通道(dao)及中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)城綜合交(jiao)通建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)與(yu)提升,構(gou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)“內(nei)、中(zhong)、外(wai)”三環(huan)(huan)(huan)交(jiao)通網(wang)絡,形成以中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)城為核心(xin)(xin),覆(fu)蓋“3+2”地區的1小時交(jiao)通圈。加(jia)(jia)快有軌電車等(deng)(deng)中(zhong)運(yun)量交(jiao)通建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),形成內(nei)環(huan)(huan)(huan);推進(jin)碧(bi)新路、橫坪路等(deng)(deng)道(dao)路快速(su)化改造(zao),形成中(zhong)環(huan)(huan)(huan);聯通博深高速(su)、深惠高速(su)、南(nan)坪三期(qi)等(deng)(deng)高速(su)路網(wang)骨架,形成外(wai)環(huan)(huan)(huan)。
